Hamilton Coach: Liz Knox & supporting staff members McClintock Coach: Rich Jacobs & supporting staff members Group Requirements: * Can display the basics of all four strokes * Can display a flip turn with a solid push off the wall  * No practice attendance requirement * No meet requirement Practice Schedule: 3 x 1 hour practices offered each week Practice Equipment: goggles, fins, kick board Team Apparel:  team suit and cap (if attending meets) Fundraising Requirement: once per year - January through March (Lost Dutchman Fundraising Requirement) First-time Joining Fee: $25 Swim Dues: $70 per month Re-joining Fee: $15 re-joining fee will be applied to swimmers "returning" to the team
