Hamilton Coach: Liz Knox & supporting staff members McClintock Coach: Rich Jacobs & supporting staff members Group Requirements: * Designed for high school age swimmers who want to stay in shape during the off season * No practice attendance requirement * No meet requirement * This group is only offered March through July each year Practice Schedule: 3 x 1.5 hour practices offered each week Practice Equipment: goggles, fins, kick board Team Apparel:  team suit and cap (if attending meets) Fundraising Requirement: NONE First-time Joining Fee: $25 Swim Dues: $75 per month Re-joining Fee: $15 re-joining fee will be applied to swimmers "returning" to the team
