Parents,
A heartfelt thank you to
all of those who participated in the fundraiser this
year!
Many of you really worked
hard to get lots of orders and to get them in. With this particular
fundraiser, the items are sold by the case. This allows us to get
the discounted rate (and I’m sure it simplifies the shipping
process as well.) If we did not order a certain number of cases, we
would be penalized by Sherwood Forest Farms and lose some of our
profit. Several of you have been very flexible with your orders so
that we could fill the required number of cases. It is greatly
appreciated!!
This brings me to the next
important item of business. We still need to sell a few
more items to complete the cases we have ordered. The only
other option would be to go back to the people who have ordered and
turned in their money and to start processing refunds. I’m
sure you can all see that this would not be easy or
appropriate.
Please take a look at the
following list of items and see if you could purchase one or two of
them to help complete the cases. I will check my email
daily and fill the orders on a first come, first serve basis. I
will respond to each email so that you know for sure if you are
getting the item (assuming the item hasn’t already been sold
to another parent.) You can send a check made out to Rio Swim Club
to practice and give it to me or to my daughter, Madison Seely
(Bronze group.)
